JUCENTER 6L: CBN high efficiency grinding machine

The JUCENTER 6L grinder replaces multiple individual machines and allows up to three machining stations to simultaneously perform the grinding process. As such, it has a compelling advantage over a single machine that works inline. Not only is the footprint small and the process safe, the tact time is also two to three times shorter than today's usual machining process. In addition, the integrated automatic loading and unloading device reduces the secondary processing time (loading time).

All concentric diameters, such as journals and small ends, use CBN multi-grinding grinding technology, while the connecting rod journals adopt oscillating non-circular grinding process.
