United Joint Grinding Technology Company develops new CNC grinding wheel dressing technology

A few days ago, United Grinding Technologies Inc. developed a new CNC wheel dressing technology that will be used in its Blohm Planomat creeping feed grinder.
The technology uses a universal diamond-formed dressing disc to profile the grinding wheel and, in combination with the newly developed Profile software for Blohm Planomat, allows users to perform complex grinding contouring and generate grinding programs. This technology produces a grinding wheel profile without the use of a dressing tool, improving the dressing wheel and the adjustment speed of the grinding machine.
The Profile software can be used to generate CNC trim tracks from CAD files of the desired wheel profile and download them to the control software of the grinding machine. At the same time, the machine's working process and all axial movements of the machine can be simulated offline.
