Daily maintenance of air compressor
1, daily or before each run:
(1) Oil and gas barrel draining
(2) Check the oil level
(3) Preparation of peripheral equipment, such as sending water and electricity, opening the compressor outlet valve, etc.
2. Running for 500 hours:
(1) The air filter element is cleaned and cleaned from the inside to the outside with a low pressure compressed air of 0.2 MPa or less.
(2) The first oil change filter after the new machine is used.
(3) Replace the coolant.
(4) Clean the filter element of the air filter cup;
(5) Clean the drain valve filter.
3. Running for 1000 hours:
(1) Check the action and moving parts of the intake valve and add grease. (2) Clean the air filter.
(3) Inspect the pipe joint fastening bolts and tighten the wire terminal screws.
4, running 2000 hours or 6 months
(1) Check each pipe
(2) Replace the air filter
(3) Replace the oil filter
(4) Replace the filter element of the air filter cup
(5) Replace the automatic drain valve filter
(6) Supplement the grease of the motor
5, running 3000 hours or one year:
(1) Check the operation of the intake valve and whether the valve plate is closed. (2) Check all solenoid valves.
(3) Check if each protection differential pressure switch is working properly. (4) Replace the oil separator.
(5) Check the pressure maintenance valve. (6) Clean the cooler and replace the â—‹-ring.
(7) Replace the air filter and oil filter. (8) Check the action of the starter.
6, every 6000 hours:
(1) Cleaning the coolant circuit system
(2) Replace the advanced coolant of the screw air compressor (the replacement cycle of the exhaust gas temperature below 85 degrees).
7, every 20,000 hours or 4 years:
(1) Replace the body bearing and each oil seal and adjust the clearance.
(2) Measuring motor insulation should be above 1MΩ.
