1. There is heavy rainfall in southern Jiangnan
From 18 to 20, there was a significant rainfall and weather process in most of southern China. There are 4 to 6 winds in northern Xinjiang, western Gansu, Inner Mongolia, northeast, eastern North China, and eastern Huanghuai, and the wind power in Xinjiang's Shankou area can reach 8th. Some areas of Xinjiang's southern Xinjiang basin, western Gansu, central and western Inner Mongolia, and the northeastern part of the country have sand or dusty weather, and there are sandstorms in the western part of Inner Mongolia. The Bohai Sea has a southwesterly wind of 5 to 7 and a gust of 8 winds. 
From 08:00 to 20:00 on the 19th, there were moderate to heavy rains in southeastern Tibet, eastern southwestern China, southern Jiangnan, and southern China. Among them, some parts of central and northern Guangdong have heavy rain (50-60 mm). Some areas in Guangxi and Guangdong have strong convective weather such as short-term thunderstorms or hail. Most of Inner Mongolia, northeastern China and other places have 4 to 6 west or southerly winds; parts of the central and western Inner Mongolia have sand or dusty weather. 
From 08:00 on the 20th to 08:00 on the 21st, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of the eastern and southern parts of the Yangtze River and southern China. Among them, there were heavy rains (50-70 mm) in parts of western Fujian and southern coastal areas of Guangdong. Some areas in Fujian and Guangdong have strong convective weather such as short-term thunderstorms or hail. There are 4 to 5 winds in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia and the western part of the northeast.
