With the strengthening of human environmental awareness, higher requirements have been put on the treatment of overspray mist in painting production. The V-shaped labyrinth adsorption separation tank can be placed upright and rich in rigidity. After careful design by the author, installation and replacement are very convenient. The V-shaped pleated maze board can be folded like an accordion and is easy to post, handle, store, and will naturally deploy during installation. Compared with other large-volume filter mats, it is more convenient to operate. The operating cost is lower than that of the water curtain pump of similar water curtain spray booths. It also saves the material cost of water and paint fogging agents.
