Precision locknuts and advanced level gap

Judging from the current development status, there is still a big gap between the development of China's precision locknut industry and the world's advanced level, and there are still many problems in its development:

First, the level of technology is low, the quality of precision locknuts is poor, and the manufacture of high-precision locknuts is still difficult. The core technology and key products still rely on imports.

Second, there are fewer companies with R&D capabilities in the entire industry chain, and there is not enough willingness for R&D. Precise locknuts are the product of a large number of production technologies and production processes. If there is no definite R&D investment product that has remained at the low-end level, it will be gradually eliminated by the tide of the times.

These problems have seriously hampered the development of the domestic precision locknut industry. When China's precision locknut industry meets the international advanced level, it must start with fundamental issues. We must constantly strive to upgrade production equipment, attach importance to technological innovation and research and development, and improve prevention. Loose nut quality, this is the core problem.
