1. Correct use: It can only be used to measure conductive fluids in closed pipes. Most fluids with conductivity greater than 50 μs/cm can be measured, such as acids, alkalis, drinking water, waste water, sewage, milk, beer, etc. Alcohol, mineral water, etc.

1) The installation, electrical connection, commissioning and maintenance of the instrument must be performed by trained and qualified professionals who must read and understand this operator.

2) The device must be operated by authorized and trained operators, and the operating instructions must be strictly observed.

3) For special fluids (including cleaning pipeline fluids), the company is very happy to help users provide anti-corrosion properties of wetted materials. However, the user is responsible for selecting the correct material based on the corrosiveness of the process medium. The company does not bear the resulting loss.

4) If welding work is required on the piping, do not connect the grounding of the welding equipment to the measuring equipment.

5) The installer must ensure that the meter is properly wired according to the wiring diagram. If the power is not isolated, the transmitter must be grounded.

2, operating safety

1) The instrument is used in explosion hazardous situations. The operating manual contains an independent Ex file. The operating manual and the provisions in this document must be strictly observed. The relevant part of the Ex file will indicate the relevant certification and certification mark.

2) The measuring instrument must comply with the safety operation requirements.

3) For Promag H sensors, the process connection seal must be periodically replaced according to the field application.
