Maintain moderate pressure, nitriding 4-70h, then reduce the pressure of ammonia gas, reduce nitrogen for 1-2h, cut off the power supply, stop heating, give a small amount of ammonia gas, maintain a positive pressure in the furnace, and wait for the temperature of the furnace The supply of ammonia can be stopped until it is below 150 °C.
