1. Huazhong DNC transmission software
The page after the Huazhong DNC transmission software is opened is shown in Figure 4.
The program transfer operation process is as follows:
(1) Open the Huazhong DNC transmission software.
(2) In the main menu of the CNC machine control panel of Central China system, press “F7†(DNC communication) to enter the receiving state.
(3) Click “Send G Code†in the Central China DNC transmission software, the system will pop up the dialog box shown in Figure 5, enter the folder where the program is saved, select the program to be processed, and then click “Openâ€.

(4) After the transmission is completed, press “Alt+E†on the control panel of the CNC machine of Huazhong system to exit the DNC state (note that E is the upper gear).
(5) In the CNC machine control panel, select the transferred machining program for machining operation.
The setting of the transmission parameters of the Central China system can be set to its default value. If you want to modify, click “Parameter Setting†to enter the “Serial Parameter Setting†dialog box and modify it according to the transmission parameters set by the CNC machine. For large programs, because the storage capacity of the Central China system is large, it is not necessary to use edge-edge processing.
2. CNC-EDIT transmission software
After the CNC-EDIT transmission software is opened, click “Open New Fileâ€, and its editing page is shown in Figure 6. In the editing page, you can write a program or open an existing program. The program shown in Figure 6 cancels the sequence number.

According to the button with two computer icons (DNC transfer button) in Figure 6, you can enter the DNC transfer operation page of the program (Figure 7). Press the 4.Setup button on the page to enter the parameter setting page (Figure 8 ), the parameter setting description is shown in the table below. After setting the parameters, press 0. Save & Exit to exit.
