2. Add organic fertilizer. Organic fertilizer can improve the water retention and fertility of the soil, and can adjust the pH of the balanced soil and avoid the soil damage caused by concentrated fertilizer.
3. It is forbidden to apply shallow fertilizer. Because of the good sealing performance, shallow vegetable dressing or spreading fertilizer can easily make the volatile fertilizers harm the vegetables. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a hole or a strip at a depth of 5-6 cm, and keep a distance of 8-10 cm from the root of the vegetable.

Nitrogen fertilizers, especially urea and ammonium bicarbonate, can only be absorbed by vegetables after conversion, and the speed of conversion depends on the temperature in the shed. When the temperature in the shed is lower than 15 ° C, the bacteria required for conversion will be inhibited. Therefore, the application of nitrogen fertilizer should be carried out around noon on a sunny day. Too early or late will reduce the effect of top dressing due to low temperature. In addition, to apply nitrogen fertilizer to the greenhouse, it is best to use a 0.5%-1% urea solution at 15 °C or above for root dressing.
