Fault 1: insufficient traffic
1 Check the oil storage capacity, refuel to the oil standard line, remove the oil pipe blockage, clean the oil filter, tighten the connecting screws to eliminate air leakage;
2 Exclude the air inside the pump;
3 replace the center spring;
4 flatten the contact surface of the oil pan and the cylinder with a single cylinder to replace the plunger;
5 When the low pressure is used, the variable piston and the variable head are freely movable; when the pressure is high, the adjustment error is corrected;
6 Select the appropriate oil according to the temperature rise.
Fault 2: Pressure pulsation
1 Smoothing the contact surface between the oil pan and the cylinder block, researching the single cylinder, replacing the plunger, tightening the screws at each joint to eliminate leakage;
2 appropriately increase the deviation angle of the variable mechanism to eliminate internal leakage;
3 Occasionally pulsating, mostly due to oily dirt, can be replaced with new oil, often pulsating, may be a joint injury or sturdy, should be removed for research;
4 Unblock the inlet pipe and clean the inlet oil filter, and tighten the connecting Screw of the inlet pipe section.
Fault 3: Noise
1exclude the air inside the pump;
2 Add sufficient oil according to the regulations, dredge the oil inlet pipe, clean the oil filter, and tighten the connecting screw of the oil inlet section;
3 Re-adjust to make the hydraulic motor concentric with the pump.
Fault 4: fever
1 repairing each sealing mating surface;
2 repair or replace worn parts;
Fault 5: Leakage
1 Check the sealing ring and each sealing part to eliminate the internal leakage;
2 Replace the O-ring;
3 smoothing the contact surface, matching the cylinder block, single-fitted to the plug;
4 Replace when severe.
Fault 6: The pump cannot be turned (killed)
1 When the oil is dirty, replace the new oil. When the oil temperature is too low, replace the mechanical oil with less viscosity;
2 replace or reassemble the shoe;
3 Replace the parts.
