5. The oil filter is clogged or the oil path is leaking.
When the oil filter screen is clogged, the oil pump can not suck in enough oil; when the oil inlet pipe is cracked or the pipe joint gasket is not flat, not tightened, or the joint surface between the pump body and the body is not flat, the paper pad is damaged (such as a single cylinder diesel engine) When the oil pump draws in air, these can cause insufficient oil pressure. The filter should be cleaned or replaced, the suction pipe and gasket should be replaced, and the pipe joint should be tightened.
6. Insufficient pump oil pressure
When the gear pump shaft and the bushing, the gear end face and the pump casing gap, the tooth side clearance or the radial clearance are excessively worn due to wear, or the rotor pump shaft and the bushing clearance, the rotor radial and end clearance are excessively worn due to wear Will cause the pump oil pressure to drop. In addition, when the paper pad between the pump body and the pump casing is too thick and the outer rotor is chamfered, the leakage inside the pump is serious, and the pump oil pressure is also lowered. It should be ground or replaced.
7. The pressure limiting valve is seriously leaking oil
When the pressure limiting valve spring is broken, the valve core and the valve seat are worn or the impurities are stuck and the closing is not strict, the oil in the main oil passage leaks into the oil sump. The spring should be replaced and the spool should be ground.
8. Oil filter and main oil passage blockage
At this time, the leakage loss in the oil pump increases, and the friction pair such as the bearing bush is easily ablated due to insufficient oil, and should be cleaned and dredged.
9. Increased friction loss of friction pair
When the clearance between the main bearing cap and the seat hole of the single-cylinder diesel engine is too large, and the clearance between the journal and the bearing bush is too large, the oil is easily lost, resulting in a drop in oil pressure. 10. Oil cooling nozzle oil leakage
