“Upgrade version†new trailer rig is offline at Stone Coal Company
Recently, an "upgraded version" new trailer rig was launched at the Shimei Coal Machinery Company. The rig was designed and installed on the trailer with a rotary rig and rig, so that the rig can be "walked away" at the drilling site. Rapid shifting saves labor and time for handling, and drilling operations are more labor-saving and efficient. The rig design adopts the latest integrated series double winch structure, the new four-speed gearbox and large-diameter turntable. The whole machine is compact in structure, easy to operate and reliable. The rig has an original rear folding structure, which greatly shortens the transport length and has a large carrying capacity. After testing, a number of performance indicators are higher than the same industry level, and it is an ideal upgrade product for the existing trailer type double winch drilling rig.
The rig product is the traditional brand of Shimei Machinery Company and the provincial famous brand product. It has been recognized by the market and users for a long time, and the complete sets of equipment are exported to many countries. In order to improve the drilling product series and broaden the market space, Shimao Machinery Co., Ltd. independently developed the SPT-600\SPT-800 trailer rig based on the mature rotary rig. The trailer chassis selected by the rig is made by high-strength plates for professional manufacturers. It is fully-mounted for three-axis. In addition to the inverted hydraulic legs, the chassis is equipped with mechanical locking legs to ensure stable and reliable support. The overall structure of the rig is reasonable, the operation space is large, and the carrying capacity is strong. The rig can be drilled in the Quaternary fine-grained bottom layer and the general soft rock layer with a drilling depth of 600-800 m and a turntable diameter of 655 mm. Applicable to the construction of water wells, hydrogeological exploration holes, in-situ leaching of uranium wells, grouting holes, shallow coal seam pores, grouting holes in engineering buildings or other engineering holes. The trailer rig is also equipped with a reversible work platform, ladder, drill rod block and track, mud pipe sink, etc., users only need to add a small amount of configuration to open the drill, more worry-free, economical and practical.
