Successful development of high performance gas generator for metallurgical rolling

A high-performance environmentally-friendly gas generator widely used in metallurgical rolling steel production has been successfully developed in Hebei Environmental Energy Saving Equipment Factory of Hebei Huaneng Group and has applied for national technology patents. According to reports, the equipment has the characteristics of good energy saving effect, high thermal conversion efficiency, excellent environmental protection performance and wide adaptability. Its gas production (only ¢3.0 type as an example) reaches 7000m2∕h, the gas heat value is 5562kJ∕m3, the fuel consumption is only 2000kg∕h, and the emission of soot sulfur dioxide is only 91mg∕m3, which is much lower than the national standard. .
