 Hemispherical Reducers

Hemispherical Reducers allow the user to circulate water around the bowl and keep extracted material liquefied for easier flow through the bottom port.  These reducers are made out of 304 stainless steel with a high polish interior. We can provide jacketed type as well.

We provide 3A standard triclamp splatter platter with flat bottom, economy and stable, mirror polish inside and outside-food grade. The triclamp size from 3"-12", jacket type available, deepth can be customized. this pot is often used with triclamp spool pipe and clamp, easy to move and clean.

We manufacture T304 or T316L Sanitary Polish Triclamp Fittings found primarily in the Bakery, Beverage, Cosmetic, Dairy, Food or Pharmaceutical Industries. Our Sanitary Butt Weld Fittings can meet or exceed 3A/DIN/BPE etc standards with an ID polish of 180 Grit or 25 Ra on the Inside of the Tube and a 150 Grit or 32 Ra on the Outside of the tube.  NEW TEK supplies each Sanitary Butt Weld product with the size and alloy and a heat number for full traceability for either alloy. Our Sanitary Butt Weld Fittings are made to close tolerances to permit easy and fast installation of a corrosion resistant, crevice free, fully sanitary process line. As a suggestion, you may wish to weld using the tungsten gas method  for true fusion of wall to minimize pitting and thinning. Material test reports can be provided.
