When selecting smooth grease according to bearing load; for heavy load, choose smooth grease with small penetration. When working under high pressure, except for small penetration; also have higher oil film strength and extreme pressure function.
When selecting smooth grease according to environmental conditions; calcium-based smooth fat is not easily soluble in water; suitable for working environment with more moisture and moisture. Sodium-based smooth fat is easily soluble in water; suitable for boring and less watery environment.
D, the oil is smooth under the conditions of high speed and high temperature; the oil can be selected to be smooth. After the smooth oil circulation; can take away a lot of heat.
Viscosity is an important characteristic of smooth oil; the viscosity of the powder directly affects the fluidity of the smooth oil and the thickness of the oil film formed between the friction surfaces; the viscosity of the smooth oil at the bearing operating temperature is usually 12 to 15 cst. The higher the rotation speed, the lower the viscosity; The heavier should choose a higher viscosity. Commonly used smooth oils are mechanical oil, high speed mechanical oil, turbine oil, compacting oil, transformer oil, cylinder oil, etc.
