Scientists find food that reduces stress and aggression

Scientists at Lowell University in Massachusetts have found that regular consumption of unsaturated fatty acid omega-3 will greatly reduce stress and aggression.

Surveys conducted show that children who eat foods high in omega-3 content will behave more peacefully than their peers and will also have a positive effect on their parents' nervous systems.

Experts believe that aggressive and even criminal behavior depends in part on biological factors. The authors of this work believe that insufficient amino acids are needed and that supplementing amino acids can prevent antisocial behavior. The authors emphasized to the public: "Stress can lead to physiological changes that will increase aggressiveness and impulsive behavior."

Omega-3 not only has a sedative effect, but also improves brain function, understanding and memory. One of the best sources of omega-3 is seafood.

Chinese scholars have previously found that eating fish and foods rich in unsaturated fatty acids omega-3 can reduce mortality.
