Sixth, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, etc., vacuum ion nitriding and oxidation composite treatment (ion nitriding blackening, vacuum ion QPQ processing)

Ion nitriding and oxidation treatment in the same furnace; the QBQ impurity pollution of the salt bath is greatly reduced compared with the vacuum furnace, the black oxide layer and the nitride layer are more uniform and tightly covered, the firmness and corrosion resistance are greatly improved, and the oil can be effectively stored. Further reduce the friction coefficient; the ion composite treatment is suitable for precision workpieces, such as automotive parts, precision molds, etc. The processed workpieces have a black color and a salt spray resistance test for more than 100 hours, which effectively reduces wear, deformation, and dimensional expansion. 7. Alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, etc., vacuum ion nitrocarburizing and oxidation composite treatment (ion nitrocarburizing blackening treatment, vacuum ion QPQ treatment)
