The process, that is, the new process of gradually increasing the filling concentration, solves the contradiction between the mixing temperature and the mixing shear rate of the current high mixing material of the continuous mixer, and is applied in practical industrial production.
The appraisal experts agree that the research on the mixing process and equipment of new polymer materials has improved the production technology and equipment level of high-filled polymer masterbatch in China, and has obvious social, economic benefits and broad application prospects. It is the first in China and has reached International advanced level. It is recommended to further research and broaden the scope of application in terms of equipment size.
