The oil body preparation technology for the fat-soluble vitamin delivery vehicle was established, and a “biomicrocapsule scale preparation system” and an “emulsion-interior gelation microcapsule preparation system” with independent intellectual property rights were developed. The high value-added comprehensive utilization technology of corn non-starch components such as corn bran, corn protein, corn embryo, and corn silk was studied, and corn 鹎och-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids and corn protein high F oligopeptides were successfully developed. Maize protein oil analogues and high value-added products such as corn 鈒och-carotene. A long-cycle equilibrium supply technology system for orange juice processing raw materials was constructed, and a rapid detection kit for citrus decay virus and a rapid detection kit for citrus leaf virus were completed to ensure the quality of orange juice.

The research completed the construction of demonstration and experimental platform for post-harvest storage and fresh-keeping technologies for agricultural products, research and development of 13 new-type fresh-keeping packaging materials and preservatives, 8 new agricultural product logistics processes and new technologies, and 6 new-type agricultural product fresh-keeping devices to effectively improve the post-production treatment and storage of agricultural products in China. Preservation technology level. A pilot study on the seabuckthorn fruit oil refining process was carried out. The technical support and guarantee for the seabuckthorn research and development project were strengthened, and a pilot production line for continuous production of seabuckthorn fruit oil was established, which effectively increased the added value of agricultural products.
