Because the working environment of LED street lamps is outdoors, wind and rain, so the material of LED street lamps is best to be waterproof and corrosive. The LED lamp pole anticorrosion adopts surface hot dip galvanized spray treatment. The anticorrosion quality meets the requirements. The average thickness of the hot-dip zinc layer is not less than 85μm. The LED lamp pole should be sprayed with high quality outdoor pure polyester plastic powder with average thickness ≥100μm. The sprayed layer is uniform, complete, and smooth in surface, and its adhesion meets the requirements of relevant standards.
The access door under the LED lamp pole is parallel to the axis of the lamp post, 400mm high to open the 320mm×120mm access door, the terminal is welded inside the door; the edges of the door hole and the door cover are smooth, and the door and door hole are assembled after the door gap. Not more than 2mm, the door cover is interchangeable and has effective and reliable anti-theft measures.
