Automatic weighing machine installation and commissioning steps:

1. Install weighing mechanism

(1) In order to improve the accuracy of the automatic weighing machine, the position of the automatic weighing machine should be as far away as possible from the vibration source, and the speed matching section entrance of the entire machine must be connected with the outlet of the finished product compartment to facilitate operation.

(2) The finished product warehouse above the automatic weighing platform shall ensure that there is sufficient material supply during normal operation, and the linear connection is used in conjunction with the speed matching mechanism to reduce the positive pressure of the material on the automatic weighing mechanism. Avoid the impact of the product on weighing accuracy.

2. Install the load cell

(1) Do not pass the welder current through the load sensor.

(2) Do not apply external force to the sensor.

(3) The sensor must be firmly fixed and tighten the nuts so that the load cell can no longer be misplaced. If the sensor misalignment may cause irregular changes in the system zero position, so as not to affect the weighing accuracy.

(4) There should be a margin between the sensor connection and the external fixed point. Do not stretch too tightly so as not to affect the free state of the hopper.

(5) The entire weighing part must be fixed on a stable and firm rigid platform, and it must not be shaken by external forces.

3. Installation of electrical and power chassis

(1) The control box should be installed in an easy-to-operate and easy-to-observe position near the bag-jacket.

(2) The power and control lines between the control box and each equipment shall be sealed by galvanized iron pipes or plastic-coated metal hoses.

(3) Please ground the control box and motor.

4. Mechanical debugging

(1) After the basic parameters of the product are set, the test is carried out according to the fast weighing and slow weighing speeds. When seeing fast and slow weighing, does the automatic weighing machine have an action? Through this operation, the weighing speed and weighing accuracy of the products suitable for the company are selected.

(2) Use different weights of the product for pre-testing, observe whether the automatic weighing machine has movements, and whether the direction of movement meets the requirements.
