"High purity" new national standard will be released at the end of the year

It was learned from the Wuhan Iron and Steel Group that the newly revised National Standard for High-Purity Concrete was recently approved by the National Gas Standardization Committee. This standard fills the gap in the National Standard for High-Purity Technology.

With the increasing demand for purity of radon gas in the market, the existing GB/T 17873-1999 "pure helium" national standard can no longer meet user requirements. In 2010, CNPC commissioned a drafting team composed of Wuhan Iron Oxygen Company, Beijing Shougang Oxygen Plant, and Shanghai Huaai Chromatography Analysis Company to be responsible for the revision of the National Standard for High-Purity Concrete.

It is reported that the "High-Purcelium" national standard is being reported to the National Standardization Committee for the record, and is expected to be implemented throughout the country by the end of the year.
