The project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project plans to invest 600 million yuan. It is expected to be completed and put into operation before the end of 2011. After the first phase of the project is completed and put into production, it is estimated that the annual sales income will be 2.5 billion yuan and the profit and tax will be 300 million yuan. Wang Fan said that the first phase of the project has three major projects. At present, heavy steel workshops, foundry workshops and abrasive tools workshops are under construction. It is expected that the heavy steel workshops will begin trial production in May this year; the foundry and abrasive equipment workshops have all been ordered, and production testing is expected to begin in June.
