Controlling rice cotton resistant pests and suspending the use of four pesticides

The National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center recently released the "2010 National Agricultural Pesticide Resistance Monitoring Results", suggesting that the use of imidacloprid should continue to be suspended for the control of brown planthopper, and some areas should continue to suspend the use of insecticidal tablets and triazophos to prevent and cure rice mites. Use of lambda-cyhalothrin to control cotton bollworm.

In 2010, among the 22 populations of brown planthoppers in 13 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), 7 had low levels of resistance to buprofezin, 15 had medium-level resistance; 4 had high levels of resistance to imidacloprid, and 16 were produced. Very high level of resistance; 6 levels of low levels of resistance to chlorpyrifos, 8 levels of intermediate resistance; 4 levels of resistance to ethiprofen, 1 level of high level resistance; 2 to thiamethoxam Produces low levels of resistance and produces moderate levels of resistance in 3 places.

In areas where imidacloprid has been highly resistant to very high resistance, it is recommended that the use of imidacloprid should be suspended for the control of brown planthopper, and the number of times of imidacloprid in the control of whitebacked planthopper should be limited; the control of buprofezin, ethiprole and thiamethoxam should be restricted. The number of use of brown planthopper, pay attention to rotation, and delay the increase of drug resistance.

The distribution of resistance to four insecticides in the six populations of Jiangsu, Hubei, Hunan and Zhejiang provinces has obvious regional characteristics. Among them, the tested populations in most areas of Zhejiang and Hunan have generally produced moderate to extremely high levels of resistance to insecticides and triazophos. The use of insecticidal mono- and triazophos should be suspended for the prevention and control of stem borer.

Among the 14 populations of Helicoverpa armigera in 7 provinces (autonomous regions), 2 were low-level resistant to lambda-cyhalothrin, 5 were at medium level, 6 were at high level, and 1 was at very high. Horizontal resistance. In areas where high levels of resistance to cyhalothrin are highly resistant, the use of lambda-cyhalothrin to control cotton bollworms should be suspended.

The cotton aphid populations in the three provinces of Hebei, Hubei and Jiangsu provinces are highly resistant to lambda-cyhalothrin; they have high to extremely high levels of resistance to omethoate and acetamiprid; Sex. Attention should be paid to the use of resistance control measures such as limiting the number of uses and rotating drugs.
