In the north and the next day, the north is experiencing strong winds, and the northeast will have obvious snowfall
Since yesterday afternoon, the cold air has sent wind and rain to the Ningxia and other areas. The Central Meteorological Observatory is expected to have 4~6 northerly winds in eastern Xinjiang, most of the northwestern region, most of Inner Mongolia, North China, Northeast China, Huanghuai and Jianghuai, due to the eastward shift of cold air from today to the 12th. The winds in the northern part of Gansu, the central and western Inner Mongolia, and Ningxia can reach 6~7, and dusty weather will appear in the local area. The temperature in most parts of the south of the Yangtze River will drop by 4~8 °C, and parts of western Inner Mongolia and northern Gansu will fall by 8~10 °C.
Under the influence of cold air and surface cyclones, there are small to medium snow (rain) or sleet in the central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern North China and northeastern China, and there are medium to heavy snow in southeastern Inner Mongolia and central northeastern China. In parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, northern Liaoning, central and eastern Jilin, and southeastern Heilongjiang, there are large areas of heavy snow.

"The path of this cold air is relatively northerly, mainly affecting most of the northern part of China." As Lin Jian said, the northeast and northern parts of northern China will experience an obvious snowfall process centered on Jilin Province, including the central part of Northeast China. The amount of snowfall will exceed 10 mm. “The last snowfall in the northeastern region has just ended, and this is a day of rest. The snowfall is coming again, which will bring a lot of pressure to the local transportation and heating.â€

From the 12th to the 14th, affected by another moderately strong cold air, the temperature in most parts of China will drop by 4~8°C, and the local temperature drop will reach 10~12°C, accompanied by the northerly wind of 4~6. The gust is 5~7. On the 13th, there were small to medium snow (rain) or sleet in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia, northern part of North China, and northeastern part of China. There was medium to heavy snow in the central part of central Jilin and the southern part of Heilongjiang. From the 13th to the 14th, there are 7~8 winds in the eastern and southern sea areas of China, and the gusts are 9th.
After the cold air, the minimum temperature in the northwest, north, and northeast regions will fall below 0 °C in the early morning of the 15th. The central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern North China, most of the northeastern region, and most of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau will fall below minus 8 °C, northeast of Inner Mongolia. The ministry will reach below 20 °C; the lowest temperature in Huanghuai and Jianghuai will be 1~4°C, the eastern part of southwestern China and most of the south of the Yangtze River will be 5~10°C, the southern part of China will be 12~16°C, and the local area will be 18~20°C.
"The cold air of 12~14 is only moderately humid air, but because of the frequent cold air activities in the early stage, the cooling can not be underestimated. On the morning of the 15th, the lowest temperature in most northern parts will fall below the freezing point. The ministry will also really feel the cold in winter.†Lin Jian pointed out that the cooling caused by the latter cold air process is very obvious. People need to add clothing to prevent people from catching colds and other diseases.
Expert ideas to deal with the cold air
In the face of the cold air, how should we deal with it? Lin Jian told reporters that the strong winds, cooling, and snowfall (rain) brought by the two cold air will have adverse effects on transportation, agricultural production and people's lives. The Central Meteorological Observatory recommends:
First of all, it is necessary to prevent the adverse effects of rain and snow on transportation. North China, Northeast China and other places should clear road snow and ice in a timely manner. Relevant departments should take measures such as traffic control or traffic diversion according to the weather conditions to prevent adverse effects of rain and snow on transportation.
Secondly, prevent the impact of heavy winds and cooling on agriculture and people's lives. In the winter wheat area in the north, before the cold air comes, the shallow seedlings should be taken for the weak seedlings to increase the ground temperature, and the long winter wheat should be suppressed in time to prevent freezing and protecting; the facility agriculture needs to be protected by wind and the greenhouse to keep warm; The wind and cold protection of livestock. The relevant areas should do a good job in power supply, heating, gas supply and so on. In addition, when cold air is affected, the rivers and rivers on the rivers and seas are relatively windy, which is unfavorable to the safety of water shipping. It is necessary to organize the ships in the relevant areas to return to the harbor in time.
Finally, fire prevention work cannot be ignored. In the winter, the weather is relatively dry. In case of windy weather, it is easy to cause fire. Relevant departments need to do a good job in fire prevention in key areas such as forest grassland and fire safety management of urban and rural residents.
