Due to the limitations of the times, the standard does not restrict the use of toxic and hazardous substances in the content, nor does it propose corresponding environmental protection technical requirements. This standard can no longer meet the concept of cleaner production in the metal processing industry and build an environment-friendly type. The overall requirements of the scientific outlook on development of science have been included in the scope of the revision.
